DP Box Unique Design

An electrical DP box—commonly referring to a Distribution Panel (or Distribution Board) box—is the central metal or plastic enclosure used to safely house and split main incoming electrical power into subsidiary circuits. Alternatively, “DP” can refer specifically to a Double Pole switch or main breaker housed inside these boxes to completely isolate both live and neutral lines.
